I have very few mods, but I get crashes when I load a game that was saved in an exterior cell and get crashes when I walk in an exterior cell for too long.

I've been having a similar problem, though my system tends to freeze rather than crash when outside too long.

 

I didn't see UFO in your list, why have the Hoth UFO patch?

 

Just to check, are you running Windows 10? I recently switched from Win7 and want to check if that might be the problem.

Can see you have bash patch -  you may need to merge with te5edit , also batch patch and merge should be at the bottom of your load order , are you using the latest updates  dragon dawn hearthfire all in one .  Always merge then batch patch in your load order .

Check saves on Steam and your docs file Steam not so good at removing old saves . Sometimes I have to run Skyrim on steam just to remove old saves that are causing conflicts . You can find out about merging file on You-tube Gamerpoets or Gopher vids .

I had the same problem and I stopped playing Skyrim because of it. I didn't have a lot of mods that added scripts, so I thought it was the texture. Is there a way to make the game not load a lot of texture when loading a save and prevent the textures from crashing the game?

You have a lot of textures it looks like. I was having that problem and I think SMCO helped a lot. http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/13529/?

It removed 1.5GB out of my non vanilla textures and my eyes can't see a quality loss. Now instead of my VRAM being pinned at 2GB at all times, it actually drops to 1.5GB in most interiors.

Gets my textures down to 512x512 with no loss in quality that I can see

What mod uses d3d9.dll??? removing it and using ContinueGameNoCrash seemed to have solved it for me. lol

d3d9.dll is for enb. If it is causing a crash then something is not setup correctly for memory management.
