Character randomly becomes stiff (animation problem)

So you know how everyone becomes stiff if you don't run FNIS after you installed an animation mod? Well, this happens to me about every 10th second and I have no idea why. I did run FNIS and LOOT. I can cancel the stiff bug by simply moving, but it is really annoying when it happens almost every second. Any help is appreciated.
