Adding diversity to leveled list

I found this leveled list: WEAssassinSubChar in the CK. So I was wondering if adding assassins to that leveled list will add more diversity to the assassins that are sent to kill me when I steal goods from NPCs. They all wear the Dark Brotherhood armor, so I thought I would use custom assassin sets on the Nexus. I am thinking of adding them, but I want to make sure I am doing the right thing.
