CTD when quest updates.

[Retsom3D]

After a long time not playing i have just startet playing skyrim again... heavy modded.

Most of it runs fine ... but it seems like the game crashes when the quest is updated... or finished...

 

Why do i think this?:

When starting the game crashes after leaving the dungeon, after Alduin flies over you. 

Then your friend (whoever i choose) says something about "lets head towards riverwood" and the exact moment the quest changes and the marker appears i find myself back on my desktop.

 

Any Ideas how to fix this? Or what may be the issue?
