Help needed with fresh(ish?)installation.

Hi guys, recently i grew tired of my random crashes so i deleted skyrim all together and made started modding a new one. This installation as far as i know doesnt really have anything that extensive but for some reason im experiencing crashes. Ill provide papyrus log and my load order aswell because im desperate atm.

 

Im using  Alternate start, game starts i load my face i made in race menu game starts. After reaching the point where i need to tell the Jarl of Whiterun "YO THERES A DRAGON HIDE YOU KIDS HIDE YO WIFES", Whiterun Teleport marker is gone (Yes i use tmm 1). When i go near the Whiterun, game crashes. To fix this i installed something that put a TP marker on whiterun so i managed to teleport there and initiate the rest of the main quest. 

 

After this there were random crashes, teleporting to other cities and trying to enter ins etc started crashing instantenously. Tried disabling all the mods, game still crashes. 

 

I thought maybe this was Alternate starts problem so i installed Skyrim Unbound but same thing happened without even getting to whiterun again. It keeps crashing and im out of ideas.
