What's the easiest way to overhaul all female NPCs into anime waifu?

I know JH mods covers a lot of NPCs, but they don't cover all of them and doesn't change those that are added by other mods. Is there an easy way to make them all look like anime females? I can't find a way to something like this. There's a lot of incongruity in the level of female NPC appearances because of it.
