Devious Devices Not Appearing on characters

so im getting extremely pissed off because this isnt working. i just got this new computer for Christmas so i thought id make a fresh build of what i had on my previous computer and i have the EXACT same setup of mods yet the belts, harnesses, arm-binders, bras, and cuffs arent loading onto the characters, they appear in the inventory and you get the notification when you supposedly equip them on "you shiver with pleasure" or whatever but nothing. ive changed the load order, ive uninstalled, re-downloaded, and re-installed every mod at least 3 times with the same problem only being that those items will not appear or effect the character. if you put pony boots on you can hear the click-clack of hooves but my characters feet just disappear, and belts harnesses and arm-binders just straight up dont appear.  id really appreciate any help you guys can give me with this problem.

this is the current load order i have, i tried to keep the amount of mods i used to a minimum so i could troubleshoot the problem easier but to no avail

Devious Devices has been updated now you have to build the assets on your own through bodyslide:

1-open bodyslide

2-you will see a space where it is says group filter

3-press on the little icon you see and then you can choose groups

4-tick all the devious devices

5-tick the racemenu morphs checkbox and press the batch build left of it

6-tick every devious device and press the build button down left corner

7-done

You need to look for "DDi" and "DDx"

I went to bodyslide and it doesn't show any of the devious devices. Just cbbe stuff and "unassigned". I downloaded everything with Vortex (a mod manager). Is this why it won't show up? How do I fix it? It's kind of pointless to have a bunch of craftables and animations bogging down my game if I can't use them :(
