In every post I make, I always include my Sims exactly as they appear in CAS, regardless of whether there are AI portraits or not. The AI images are simply my own artistic interpretation of the Sims I created in-game. They're still my Sims from The Sims. Their CAS screenshots are included in every post and in every download link. I'm not replacing the game with AI; I'm simply presenting another creative way of looking at the same characters.

Personally, one of the things I love most about The Sims community is seeing all the different ways people enjoy the game. I love browsing other people's saves, downloading Sims, reading stories, finding new mods, and seeing all the creative ideas people come up with. Because of that, I thought some people might also find this approach interesting or even feel inspired to imagine their own Sims in a similar way.

 

My intention has never been to mislead anyone. In fact, that's why I always include the original CAS screenshots together with the AI artwork. The AI portraits and videos are simply another way of bringing my own characters to life, much like many creators express their Sims through renders, edits, comics, machinimas, or other artistic styles.

For me, sharing them is simply another way of contributing to a community where people already share their own creations and inspire one another. It's just a hobby, motivated by my appreciation for both the game and the community.

In short, my intention has always been artistic and driven by curiosity—not to deceive anyone or upset anyone. I don't gain anything from doing this; I simply enjoy exploring the difference between how my Sims look inside CAS and how I imagine they might look in a more realistic style, and making that available for anyone who finds it interesting.

To me, that's part of what makes The Sims such a wonderful game. Every save tells a different story, and every creator finds their own way to express it. Some people recreate famous characters, others tell stories, build incredible houses, create mods, or even put SpongeBob into the game. My way of expressing that creativity is through these little editorial artworks, made with affection for both the game and the Sims I've created.

Look, I don't have the keys to the kingdom, I can't enforce things. As much of a disdain I feel for IA slop, as long as an actual Sim is involved I feel the publications remain "on topic" and that's why I didn't say anything about your previous posts, but that was not the case with this one in particular.

You seem far more emotionally invested in this than I am, considering you're the one who came to criticize me over the way I choose to interpret my own save. Saying "I'm not reading all that" after starting the conversation only makes your point weaker.

I replied respectfully and explained my perspective. You don't have to agree with it, but dismissing it without even reading it isn't really an argument. (It sounds so ridiculous that it honestly just comes across as pointless nitpicking.)

This thread is about sharing Sims for inspiration, with the only stated restriction being NSFW content. My intention has always been to share my Sims along with an artistic interpretation of them, never to mislead anyone.

You're free not to like my approach, just as I'm free not to like yours,the difference is that I respect everyone's creativity, regardless of whether I like it or not. I don't go around picking fights with people and then walk away instead of defending my own point.. The difference is that I wasn't the one who sought someone out to criticize how they enjoy their own game.

Key take away from that post is... TS2/TS3/TS4 sims are welcome! Oh and please try to keep the images focused on the sims. 

 

My interpretation of that is post should be of sims from sims games.

Mizu's AI posts are of sims but the images are not from sims games.

 

I personally think Mizu's sims look great though kinda download heavy, but i can do without the AI posts in this thread. Wanna post your AI rendtions? Make a blog and post them there and include a link to said blog in your signature. 

Is it extra work? Yes... Will it make community members of this thread happy? More than likely.
