Tab will hide the UI.  

Use the screen capture key for ReShade/GShade, rather than the TS4 screenshot key.  You can set what key it is, I don't remember the default but I set it to PrtScr.  TS4's default screenshot is C, but using that will take the screenshot without the ReShade effects.

Sorry for a question, are you telling me that I need to install RESHADE to have better screenshots?
