Freeze. Need help

After installing World of Rudra I often have freezing in particular locations: three times it was between the Whiterun Stables and outer Gates, so that I am not able to enter or even to aproach the City: last time it was the Windhelm docks when I was moving to Abdula fellow.

 

As I have no skill to read Papyrus, may I ask some1 to have a look? It's a bottom snatch, right before freezing or during the freezing.

Still noticed the XPMSE word pops up frequently, so is it "Scripty" to change the weapon style with XPMSE?

 

Edited: Again the game got frozen. This time once I opened the inventory. Music keeps playing, but the cursor doesn't move. Help! I suspect thare is a certain time interval, when it's over, the game is over too.
