Defeat, SD+ and weird bugs

I am having problems with Defeat, the aggressor kills me instantly and defeat's actions dont work unless I use the Surrender Key, I get killed instantly without using the key and it loads the previous save.

When I get enslaved most of the time nothing happens, for now I have a Troll slaver but refuses to do any actions other than stand around and when I interact with it the options freeze which doesnt allow me to do anything other than use Disable and Enable in the console when this happens.
I cant seem to use Cursed Loot's rape options either as I get knocked out instantly which throws me back to the previous save.
