Less dialogue options?

If I leave them empty they show up anyway. How do I get empty dialogue options to not show up at all? For example what if I want positive and negative to show and neutral and question to be omitted?

I think there is no way to get out of the 4 line place holder.  You can try using this mod found on the nexus:

If you set it up for no brackets it is more aesthetically appealing than the vanilla set up.  If you find a better way let me know.
