Blocky Terrian

Up close my terrain looks nice and fine, but after a certain distance it become blocky (Not graphic wise, I mean in blocks, like minecraft style)

Screen 2 is the Same area that is circled in Screen 1, but up close, as you can see, there are no blocks now. 

 

I am using Tamriel Reloaded 1K textures with SOUL ENB. 

 

PLZ I tried everything and now its really getting on my nerves. Any help will be much appreciated
