How to customize settlers appearance?

Is there a way using console or mods to mod the settlers appearance?

I want them to have clean faces and to use some of my looksmenu presets for one settlement (red rocket casino/brothel).

 

But i don't want to modify all settlers in other settlements using mods like clean settlers or beautiful female settlers or better settlers.

Also i had bad experiences with those mods, they messed up my settlement scripts.

 

Tried using slm "refid" 1 but i can only modify unique settlers .
