TheTraveler Posted June 24, 2012 Posted June 24, 2012 im more interested in the dawnbreaker on the back. is there a mod for that?
Co0n Posted June 24, 2012 Author Posted June 24, 2012 The dawnbreaker is vanilla, no mods used here @ CBBE: I only edited the texture, nothing to change here for cbbe except for the model. The source file is for UNP though.
Evilrunner Posted June 24, 2012 Posted June 24, 2012 Did you give those files a go? @caperpp I can probably give a CBBE version a go, but it will likely be a while. There's a few issues I've had with the mesh, likely to make it a bit more awkward than usual.
Vioxsis Posted June 24, 2012 Posted June 24, 2012 im more interested in the dawnbreaker on the back. is there a mod for that? is this what you mean? http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/6276
Co0n Posted June 24, 2012 Author Posted June 24, 2012 Just tried it, looks good Can I save the texture so I can also see it from the back? Since there is a gap now between the leg and the armor sometimes you can see through it. (only noticeable when close) Is that because of the texture or a general issue with the way skyrim handels it?

In the Block details section look for the Shader Flags 2 property. Select the SF_Double_Sided flag or copy and flip the polys in max/blender
Evilrunner Posted June 24, 2012 Posted June 24, 2012 Yeah, that should do it. You can probably also fix the misaligned straps by editing the UV in nifskope.
Co0n Posted June 24, 2012 Author Posted June 24, 2012 Thanks that worked perfectly :-) I will rework the texture now a and upload the result for you guys.
Co0n Posted June 24, 2012 Author Posted June 24, 2012 ok, I changed the textures now and added some small details. http://www.mediafire.com/?af74pekan9apanv The link contains the meshes by Evilrunner and the textures, all that needs to be done is to drop it in the data folder. Requires the Black Tower mod to be installed first. Screens:
Evilrunner Posted June 24, 2012 Posted June 24, 2012 Amazing work You do some nice texturing work, something I'm pretty bad at. If you need any more meshes doing give me a shout, would love to see some more stuff from you.
Co0n Posted June 24, 2012 Author Posted June 24, 2012 Thanks But I didn't do much here, the original author did the good work, I just tweaked it a little. If you need some Texture editing in return, feel free to tell me ;-)

Co0n Posted June 24, 2012 Author Posted June 24, 2012 so beautiful I must have it for CBBE! I'm sorry, I cant help you with that. If somebody made an CBBE Mesh you could use the texture without any problems.
Evilrunner Posted June 24, 2012 Posted June 24, 2012 I can see about porting it to CBBE, with the caveat that it may be a while. Got a couple of rather difficult outfits I'm doing for New Vegas. Your new sig is really nice by the way Co0n. I love the tattoo on your character, fits well with the outfit

(Although I wished I could make the Brotherhood at least wear panties... barbarians...)
Skull Tyrant Posted July 1, 2012 Posted July 1, 2012 what do i have to do to get this to work with the unholy version? i like the look but it looks nothing like in your pics.
Co0n Posted July 3, 2012 Author Posted July 3, 2012 what do i have to do to get this to work with the unholy version? i like the look but it looks nothing like in your pics. I only added the Alpha channels to the leather version. If you like I can add the alpha to the unholy version and send you the file.
