My game won't start after using loot

After using loot to fix my load order, my game now crashes to desktop at the start of me loading a save, can somebody please look at my load order and see if there are any problems, I don't know what to do. please help me play skyrim again.

You say you used LOOT but you didn't specify if it gave you any notifications or errors. So... did it? Normally LOOT will notify you of any Load order conflicts and I'm assuming it didn't or else you would've mentioned something. I just wanted to make sure.

That being said, if LOOT gave you no notifications or errors about your Load order, then providing your load order may not be so helpful. Regardless, before jumping to conclusions... Go to your mods folder. All the mods you've downloaded. For me, I use Nexus Mod Manager so everything is kept in a Nexus Mods folder on my backup hard drive. Simply go to that folder and arrange everything by date received/downloaded and just un-install the latest mods you've added until the game starts working again. Once you finish using the process of elimination to find out which mod is the culprit, then you can go on to the next step trying to figure out how to make that mod compatible with your game... if you really needed it. Normally, there's a way.

The other strange problems that might be causing your issues are incompatible ENBs and radical .ini settings in Skyrim.INI, SkyrimPrefs.INI, and enblocal.INI... but I highly doubt this is it. Normally it's a mod not playing nice with another mod.

 

If someone comes in here and tells you that your game is broke because you have too many mods, just ignore them. I have 254 plugins in my game (255 is the max limit) and my game runs fine. Actually I probably have 400 plugins total but many of them are merged together to save space. So don't be discouraged, don't listen to them. Good luck!

Well it had showed up in ny nexus mod manager, so i assumed it was already applied. :/

Im gunna try to make headway with that wrum bash thingy. Thanks, But still feel free to continue to help with anymore insight.

 

I had did all of this originally because for some reason, whenever i had opened my inventory menu in my game, it would go completely blank, and wouldn't respond.

 

Not even steam screen capture would respond when i pressed the button , if anybody might know why my game did that, it could help me out as well please...

Can you start a new game without crashing?  If so, try starting a new game, create a character, then try loading your save.  If your old save still crashes, then you probably have to start over.  If you can't even start a new game, then I don't know.

I eventually uninstalled entire skyrim and started anrw, but for some old saves, i sometimes still have the issue of pulling up the item menu causing whole game to not respond, even some merchants cause thr bug to happen on those certain saves,

 

it'd be cool to get some help advice for that if possible... :/

You could try a save cleaning tool, though it sounds like you just have a corrupted save.  Perhaps some broken scripts if the error consistently happens in the same spot.  Cleaning the save file might help, but most likely it wont.  Nexus has a ton of programs that are designed to clean saves.
