Clothing and armor preg/nonpreg mismatch

I've noticed that allot of clothing and armor in my game don't match up with their pregnant counterparts, like the non-preg painspike armor still has electrical tape covering the nipples, the non-preg badland armor still has the undershirt, the non-preg merc charmer outfit still has panties, and so on.

 

I followed the instructions for creating the scr resources folder and almost everything else seems to be working fine except for this one problem (the only other problem is that all of the courier pack outfits just dissappeared from my inventory when I tried to equip them when I got them after leaving vault 101). Anyone know if I'm missing something here, or if I need to reinstall and overwrite some files?

Edit okay I installed Exeter's Type 3 armor replacer 'armor only' and that fixed the raider armors.
