A little help with hand tattoo texture on follower

I made my Elen character as follower, but there is an issue that I have no idea how to solve. I tried to merge the tattoo original texture to the hand original texture, like the body, but it looks like the pics below.

Here's your texture compared to mesh uv (UUNP hands).  Your tattoo is outside of most of the uv.
