another thing, i recently used Realvision ENB (Wrapperversion) and deleted it and installed ICBINE 4 but also uninstalled it.

Not sure if this will help.. there was a compatibility issue with the Unofficial Patch and JK's Skyrim, with both mods changing navmesh. Guaranteed instant CTD. If you disable JK's do you still CTD? Might want to check if JK has updated, or, from what I hear, the JK's Lite version doesn't have this issue.
