Can't use magic with right hand...?

I have no idea how this happened. I was playing last night with a brand new save, got all the way to unlocking Breezehome, and then I did the quest with Saadia and the Alik'R and when I brought her out to be paralyzed, the Alik'R just stands there with the green orb in his hand and never shoots her. And then all of a sudden, my momo acrobatic jump broke and I started doing glitched jumps. Then i created a new game and I noticed I couldn't use Flames with my right hand, but I could do it with the left (whether or not I'm dual wielding).

 

I can attack with my right hand using a sword or weapon. I can also attack with my left hand using a sword or weapon. With my right hand, i just stand there when pressing right click with magicka. With my left hand, i perform the correct animation and can shoot magicka.

 

I'm using the 1.6 patch, and I have Fores New Idles...I've attempted to solve it through trial and error or my most recent downloaded/installed things and stuff, but I may try a reinstall if nobody comes up with a better idea. Any help would be appreciated.

solved. issue is AKM Advanced Killmoves 1.7 ... strange that everything worked for that little description above ^
