Changing NPC Appearance in Creation Kit

So i finally learned how to make standalone followers now i want to completely change the appearance of some of the Default Skyrim NPCs (Like the Bijin mods) can anyone link me to a guide for doing this ?

Open the CK, load just Skyrim (or the other DLCs, in case you want NPCs from DLCs)

Save your mod.

Then find the ActorBase for the NPCs you want to alter.

Do the modifications you want.

And save.

 

Remember to regenerate the faces, or they will be gray.
