Help with creating a new worldspace in CK

I'm working on a mod, but I've run into a new problem:

I have no idea how to fix it, primarily because I don't know what to search.  Also, Google hasn't been so great lately. 

 

Anyone know how to fix this?

If it eventually helps anyone when/if they encounter the same, I found that creating even basic worldspaces does the same, though I think I isolated "weirdness" to when yous screw with the default land and water heights.  My current solution is to make initial plans carefully, but I will report back if the weirdness happens again.  If anyone could confirm this, it would be a great help
