Does anyone know how to change unarmed running animation?

Running without weapons drawn? There are quite a lot of mods that offer alternatives for all of the general animations, and they either come as a suite of anims, or they change specific things like sneaking, or bow draw or whatever.

 

As for how to change animations, that depends on several things, like what mod manager you use and how familiar you are with game's file structure. The best advice would be to download an animation mod that changes whatever animations you're interested in replacing, familiarise yourself with it's folder structure, note what actual files are going to be overwritten, then compare to your current installation. You'll very quickly begin to get your head around it if you get your hands a bit dirty this way.
