Another need help with a mod topic

This mod allows you to designate 3 NPCs for an execution scene (executioner, executioner guard, and executionee).  I've tried to mess around with the mod itself so you can designate the player in any of those roles, but I'm horribly inept with the creation kit.  Can anyone take a crack at it, or at least give a step by step?
