Is there any mod for male concubines?

Are there any mods to allow male concubines for male rulers?

Last I heard CK2 is hard coded to not allow concubinus or polyandry. Basically one man can take as many women as he wants but a woman can only have one man in CK2. Not counting lovers. There is a way to kinda have homosexual marriages, with Dark World I think, but those don't work very well as the game wasn't designed for homosexual relationships as anything but lovers.

 

The only way I think it could happen is use lovers as it has no restrictions, besides the event restrictions, rename it to something else like concubinus. That would sort of break lovers for all other Rulers in the game.

Doesn't do what you specifically ask, but if you know how to mod...  You could modify it to work everywhere and allow male rulers to take on male concubines, rather then just only the custom religion.  

This worked before Reapers Due, have not tried it since.

I only know of one: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=706016134&searchtext=   It uses the lover system and trait system to keep track of concubines, unlike the vanilla concubines.

 

I played with it for a bit on my last darkworld succubus character and it work quite well.
