Random CTD's

[Novoj]

I keep getting random CTD's and I honestly dont know what can be conflicting my mods and have too many to stress test the thing. I use LOOT and I also cleaned up my mods with TES5Edit and started a new game but still get the same results. I usually CTD around a big city but it will occasionally happen with im traveling somewhere in hopes of doing a quest, when entering/ending battles, and when going through load screens (occasionally an infinite load screen and yes i installed safety load).
