Loller99 Posted November 27, 2016 Posted November 27, 2016 Hello! After a long while, i decided to come back to playing skyrim, and i started updating all my outdated mods...I am using mod organizer, by the way.But i am uncertain on how to update bodyslide....should i just remove the old one and install the new one? Wouldnt that way all my presets get lost?Or should i install the new one on top of the old one?
Loller99 Posted November 27, 2016 Author Posted November 27, 2016 Mmh, i installed the new version on top of it, but i forgot to make a copy of the SHAPEDATA folder for all the conversions i am using (idiot me).Is there a way to restore things as they were? Or i will need to redownload all the conversions?
allsunday Posted November 30, 2016 Posted November 30, 2016 I had this happen to me before, I forgot to save my shapedata and had to start all over. I was pretty pissed. Lol. However, if you're using Nexus Mod Manager, it should've created a Virtual Install folder that keeps track of your data. Try uninstalling the new bodyslide program and see if your old shapedata pops back up, then, of course, save it and re-install the new bodyslide again. It just might work but I'm not sure. Just a harmless suggestion.
