Body moving separately from armor

So I just downloaded this armor from here: http://mitakusaner.blog.fc2.com/blog-entry-1563.html

and I did the bodyslide for the armors, but when in game the armors do not move with my hdt body like it usually does. In other words the boobs bounce out of the top. Is there something missing from the mod files and if so is there something i can do to fix it, possibly in outfit studio?

you have to copy bone weights in outfitstudio\blender\max

yeah I figured it was that and I've been trying to copy bone weights in outfit studio but it doesn't seem to be taking after I've saved.
