Lag inside caves or dungeons

Well i have reading a LOT of topics from add some lines to Skyrim.ini to reduce the game grafics but no one of them work for my, the problem is very simple but annoying as hell... outside, inside houses or even mansion the game works good and smoothie but when i enter a cave or dungeon the game lag so hard.

I run FNIS, TES5Edit and LOOT and all is normal, no warnings or anything, the only warning i see is in the pluggin Unofficial Skyrim Legendary Edition Patch that says:

 

"Warning: This pluggin has the extension .esp, but the file header marks it as an esm!"

 

I have NO idea how see or use the paryrus log... so please help on that too. Any ideas of what is happening?

Its really a process of elimination at this point the best I can gather is it might be creature you usually find in caves causing massive lag or it is a texture. Even on a new game it still lags?

 

Also its imporant that nothing overwrites XMPSE except for fnis generated files.

Dont worry nothing overwrites XMPSE, in fact i start a new game and the problem still there, even in helgen just enter a little to the cave section the lag attacks...

 

[Eddit] Solved!! The problem was this Mod "HDT Equipment V0.2 for Everone with Belly and Collision - HDT Equip With Belly and Collision" when i disabled the game works fine! Thanks a lot.
