fo3masta Posted November 28, 2016 Author Posted November 28, 2016 So I found a fix. For some reason Mod organizer 2 was being glitchy and failing to make the symlinks. Reverting to the stable build fixed my issues.

Reverting to the stable build fixed my issues. AFAIK MO2 is primarily for FO4 and Skyrim HD remaster (both 64-bit games). I haven't tried it out yet but I'm hearing that your best option for the original Skyrim is to use the first Mod Organizer. Use MO2 if you're going to mod Fallout 4 and Skyrim HD remaster.
