crashing at start menu

So as soon as i get to where the start menu should pop up my game crashes im pretty sure its a mod conflict just cannot figure out which are conflicting i've tried to run loot and it dont show anything wrong heres my mods with load order.  Also i am using FNV4GB to launch the game to avoid the stutter from not using enough RAM.

Unfortunately I cant see any actual problems with your list, However there is a couple things I would recommend

 

1. Double check your NVSE and (possibly NVSE Extender) make sure you have the most up to date versions.

2. Run FNVEdit if theres a mod that it would like loaded before another one it will tell you which mod needs another loaded first, thats how i solve 90% of the mod conflicts that i have with my install.
