How do I convert my character into follower with all items, spells and stats?

I tried googling it, but all guides all rather old and same with the usage of "SPF" command, but all it does is just simply copy player's face so you can load it into CK later, but you have to make a new actor in CK and set everything from scratch.

I use this, didn't have any problems. This mod copies your char, inventory, spells, stats etc. and makes it a follower.

Yeah I know this mod, also I forgot to mention one thing. I want to upload it as a follower. So after my char appeared as npc in my game, what do I do next?

You mean you want to place the follower you created with this mod, somewhere in Skyrim? If yes, there's a configurable MCM menu, where you can choose the location of your new made follower.

If you want to make a separate mod with your follower... Well, you can look for tutorials, there's plenty of them on the internet. Can't really help you with that one.

This one comes to mind as it provides the folder structure and files you simply modify.

e.g. Apply your SPF file to these files.
