In search of specific type of game

I'm not 100% sure this thread should go in "adult gaming" but I feel some recommendations would definitely be considered adult, so I'll make it here. I'm looking for a turn-based open world/sandbox game with random events that has occasional nudity, but isn't necessarily a hentai game or anything sex oriented. Would prefer the game either be fantasy, sci-fi, or post-apocalyptic, graphics are a must though the game doesn't need to be in 3D, just having images would be enough. If you've played it think something along the lines of Neo Scavenger perhaps, I haven't played many games with random events to give a comparison to but I absolutely love random events. I can try to give more details if there's any more information wanted/needed, just ask!
