Using papyrus to modify specific racemenu sliders

Hey there! I'm only a novice with papyrus scripting, let alone using SKSE or any other plugins, but I was thinking of making a mod to expand upon Schlongs of Skyrim's growing/shrinking potions to make more and edit the existing ones so that they edit racemenu sliders to change the schlong rather than change SOS's "size ranks."

 

Would anyone be able to point me in the right direction to get me started? Maybe a guide, or even some example scripts? Or how to get the creation kit set up with SKSE to begin with. Any help would be appreciated!
