decleinad Posted November 19, 2016 Posted November 19, 2016 Hey everybody I just discovered the INK reshuffle tool for DOA5, and it is quite amazing. But I have run across this error, and I'm not even halfway done importing all the costumes.Use free unused files (left: 2) !! CAN'T PROCEED !!if anyone knows if there is a solution or not please let me know.
ZoeirasGames Posted November 19, 2016 Posted November 19, 2016 You used the limit of slots that lnk reshuffle allows Sorry for my bad english
Bonjour Suzuki Posted November 20, 2016 Posted November 20, 2016 ZoeirasGames is right. That program uses unused files in the game when importing your own mods. Since there are a finite number of unused files, it'll run out eventually. You can always try clicking the *S* button when importing to add new assets to the game, but it's experimental and more often than not breaks your game at the moment. immi is still looking into this issue, so maybe it'll get better soon enough to add unlimited assets.  For now, just use Autolink.
decleinad Posted November 25, 2016 Author Posted November 25, 2016 I found a solution.find a dlc slot that isn't active, but can be swapped (usually greyed out). right click on the tmc file and click swap then select the desired tmc file. Now go to an empty active slot right click and select set, and there will be a list of all the files in the game that have been swapped. Select the file that you had just swapped for each category, and badda bing saved a few extra unused files to swap.
Melissava Posted November 26, 2016 Posted November 26, 2016 1 Try to use existing portraits instead of import (up to 25% save) 2 Try to use standard ---c files if it is not costume for alpha, destructible costume or with falling hat (up to 25% save). 3 If you importing same costume for several chars - SET it, no import again. 4 Check if new hair/face similar ones are not existing already - sometimes new hair just a little bit brighter or darker no difference if u use native. All these tricks will help you to save free assets.
