Sexlab Defeat PC rape NPC issue

My character is apparently having issues when it comes to raping NPCs.  I'll get into combat, mark the target, bash them down, etc.  I'll activate them, select to rape, then they'll undress the NPC and just stand there until the NPC stands back up.  I've had it work correctly when stealthing/activating to make them fall to their knees, but through multiple attempts, I've yet to make it work in combat.  Here's my load order as organized by LOOT:

First off, is your character male or female?

 

Check MCM menu settings, maybe there are issues with animation/player as aggressor.

 

Edit: it is wise to post some pics from MCM configuration for defeat.

The character is technically female, but I told Sexlab to view her as a male.

Hmmm... animation settings - set off "require all tags" for F/M and F/F plus Sexual Assault one as in the last screen.

 

However this gender thing. Try setting your character as female and try to rape then.

 

Edit: Uncheck gender restrictions for animations. You may be M to SL but F in world so there is probability that SL Defeat restricts every gay animation thinking you are a female actually.
