Second MAJOR Graphical error, please advise.

I had black- faced vampires for the entirety of today, which I let LOOT sort out with my help, as Wrye Bash adamantly enforced it's load order as priority. Now I have these ribbons of puke across the sky passing for auroras.

All my stuff is up to date, yes two of my mods are from OG Skyrim, I'm not the only person who's tested them. I've also installed several textures manually, including sky textures, but no auroras. I FINALLY installed Gamwich's Ethereal Auroras out of desperation, with no change.

 

I REALLY don't want to have to start from scratch, please advise, and thank you all for being here (and not charging just to post on forums).
