Consistent CTDs near Certain Locations

I started a new profile on Mod Organizer specifically with the goal of consistency. I have instead gotten consistent CTDs in certain areas, such as around Valtheim towers, Darkshade Copse, or the Whiterun gates. I really don't know what to say. I cleaned my ESMs, got as many performance and memory mods as possible, and eliminated script heavy mods such as frostfall, realshelter, etc. Furthermore, I have a few similar load orders to this one, and they all have constant CTDs. I'm honestly losing my appetite for Skyrim entirely, since everytime I play, I can't go a ten minutes without worrying about a CTD. Its a constant nagging in the back of my head whenever I play.
