Cryogenic Array announcement bug after leaving vault!

[Ark of Truth]

So I started a new game using the Alternative Start mod and went to Vault 111. I walk around a bit, shoot some things and leave again.

 

The only problem is, the game keeps doing the announcement whenever I am in a interior worldspace. Anyone know how to make this thing shut up?
