I mean, if you're looking for plain old ryona, I guess the Black Lilith games on DL-Site might be to your liking. The Taimanin series has fan translations that you can find from a quick google search.

I am also aware of a StudioS that make low budget flash games involving torture, but those are, well, let's just say they turn me off.
