Having trouble with armbinders from Devious Devices Expansion

I get the animation but the armbinder itself doesn't appear, and it's only the DDx armbinders that don't. Armbinders from any other mod work just fine, but this has messed up all three colors of ebonite plus white and red. (All the other ebonite bondage gear appears on my character model fine, it's just the armbinder that doesn't.)

 

The last few mods I added were Convenient Thieves' Guild Entrance (from nexus), Suspicious Gold Starter (from here), and Nova Catsuit (from nexus.)
