Does there exist player only CBBE bodyslide versions of minidress/skimpy armor?

I was wondering if there exist standalone, CBBE bodyslide versions of:

 

The UNP Minidresses collection

and

 

KillerKeo's skimpy armor

I know there are CBBE bodyslide versions out there such as this for KillerKeo's armor:

Basically I don't want everybody old, young, rich poor, angry, happy person in the game wearing these armors because it completely ruins the game for me!

 

I tried the PC exclusive armor path mod:

...which is supposed to get around this problem by having the NPCs take the meshes and textures from a different location but this particular mod didn't work for me. 

 

 

I'm sure I'm not the only person to have this experience so I'm just wondering if these already exist and I haven't found them yet.

 

I'd rather not have to go into the creation kit and create unique armor sets for each of these armors lol
