Any help is appreciated. I have tried several body types and it's still there.

Also, while I am here, is there a way I could possibly remove the skirt from the Ratty Skirt/Wasteland Dress?

please understand I am not an expert at this, just telling you what I see while we wait for the experts to get here.

 

It would appear that the pants themselves are at fault not the body types. When the pants were designed, they seem to have forgotten to include a waist.(or the pants were designed to fit a different top)

You could insert a "skin" patch, but that requires a skill level I do not have.
