How to solve the vampire double mouth mesh problem?

Hey guys, recently I decided to play the vampire side using a Succubus custom race. But when I turned into one, this annoying problem arose:

 

 

I'm just wondering if there's a way to delete the "FemaleMouthHumanoidDefault" part to not make my character weird.

I don't think deleting it is the right idea finding a way to position it correctly etc

 

because i don't think that the vampireraces have the same offset not sure if vampireraces were considered with succubus race mod, i can check though.
