Sporadic crashing on load

Hello all, I have some sporadic crashing when loading. That is; sometimes when loading a save, it works. Then sometimes, loading the same save (because of earlier CTD) the game CTD on loading. Then I can try again and sometimes it works, sometimes it doesen't.

 

Starting a new save game is similar, sometimes CTD on loading, sometimes it works.

 

Before, I could almost always workaround the loading problem, by loading an earlier vanilla game save, then load my normal save from there. Now lately however, all this seems to have gone worse. I made the mistake of messing with my mods a little bit, and now I mostly get a CTD either when loading or when fast-traveling somewhere. This seems to persist even in a new game.

 

However, this randomness is making me wonder what could be causing the problems. Is there any log file that could tell me the error? Or any external dependencies (some mods used like... Java? Or Net Framework? Cant remember) that could be influencing?
