Can't use workbenches (armour/weapon/chemistry) or terminals

Whenever I try to use a workbench or terminal my game goes into third person for about 3 seconds (except on the terminals) where I can't move or anything and then nothing happens. It also makes it so I can't scroll in or out to change from first/third person. I've tried disabling all my mods but that hasn't done anything?

 

Can anyone help?

Been having that same problem but only some times, but also now when i'm trying to enter power armor. the only thing I can do is hit escape and load a previous save. then sometimes it will straighten out. sorry can't be more help.

So I tried loading up a previous save and that fixes the problem, however... the problem is that the only previous save is just before I leave the vault
