Are the sexlab mods able to work if I follow the above link's guide? I am skipping over parts of the guide that would change the towns.

I can't speak to how the ENB might affect things, but everything up until that point seems to work out. Just remember to install Schlongs of Skyrim (SOS) or Shape Atlas for Men (SAM) so that you have nude males to sex with. Also, highly recommended, install XPM Skeleton Extended (XPMSE) so that the male and female skeletons are standardized. And, as a necessary requisite for XPMSE to not break gameplay, install Realistic Ragdolls and Force.

 

And he doesn't go over Fore's New Idles in Skyrim (FNIS). You'll need that for any mod adding new animations to work.

Yeah, I used the guide myself once I got my new GPU so I can pimp up the graphics for my skyrim.

Almost all the mods in that guide are texture mods, and have no connection to sexlab related mods whatsoever, so it's impossible for them to create problems with one another. They will enhance your sex scenes visually if anything.

 

The steps and mods that are in the "== HOW TO START MODDING/STABILITY ==" are pretty much mandatory for any mod build for skyrim to be stable and work smoothly, regardless if you use sexlab mods or not. It might seem technical and a bitch to implement, but once you get the hang of it, you can't live without them.

 

Sexlab mods should work fine with http://perfectlymodded.weebly.com/ packages too, but I strongly advise you NOT to use them and just mod your skyrim yourself, by using mod organizer + loot. Google some tutorials for their use.
