Breasts not reacting to modules that should effect them.

So I have everything enabled that should allow me to have breasts enlarge when I use mods like Milk Mod Economy, and Hentai Pregnancy (the two mods I'm currently using that SHOULD allow them)

 

CBBE, XP32 HDT, custom Bodyslide HDT body, etc etc, all with respective required mods.

 

My belly expands as it should, but breasts have not changed size no matter how many times I try and fix this.

 

After much frustration I thought "hey maybe it's linked to the weight slider" so I attempted this, making my custom body the default for both 0 and 100 weight, but with differing breast size but that also didn't work. So I'm at a loss. Anyone?
