Grasses not loading?

I've installed Field Grasses, but nothing is appearing in game. My Skyrin.ini setting are as follows;

 

[Grass]

bAllowCreateGrass=1

bAllowLoadGrass=0

bDrawShaderGrass=1

fGrassFadeRange=2000

iGrassCellRadius=2

iMaxGrassTypesPerTexture=3

iMinGrassSize=500

 

They disappeared when I set iMinGrassSize to 1000 (not realizing S.T.E.P. warns of this before doing so). Setting it back down did nothing. I'm at wits end trying to figure this out. Its loaded last in my LO because it didn't have any dependencies that I've noted.

Skyrimprefs.INI are set as follows;

 

[Grass]

b30GrassVS=1 (Set to 0, doesn't work)

fGrassStartFadeDistance=3500

fGrassMaxStartFadeDistance=7000

fGrassMinStartFadeDistance=0 (set to 400, Skyrim seems to be setting to 0 upon load-in)

Setting Read-only on .ini fixed shadows resetting to 1024 and grasses .INI settings. But still no grasses loading. Reinstalled Grass Fields -tried grass on steroids and few other grasses mods. Still nothing >.>
