shadowviper1229 Posted June 14, 2012 Posted June 14, 2012 I just discovered today that my internet allows me to upload to mediafire and that's about it. So I can upload music changes and give a tutorial on how to change it. You need these to start editing Skyrim's music. http://oblivion.nexusmods.com/mods/3117 to unpack the music file http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/3159 to change your music into xwm, change the bit rate to 192. So first you go to you skyrim folder (C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\skyrim) The x86 may or may not be at the end of program files, go to data, look for the bsa file named music and unpack it, then open Multixwm and search for the song you want to put in to skyrim, make sure it's either an MP3 or wav otherwise Multixwm won't convert it, then go to the music folder and put the file where you want it, then rename it to whatever the regular song is that you're replacing.

Lots of ff stuff in there a little bit of vagrant story, and valkyria chronicles. I still have the exploration music for tundra mountains forest to do along with a few others but the main stuff is done. So yes a music swapping thread would be awesome. Please pardon grammatical errors. Im posting this on a tablet....on a very short break.

Well, most of them are run ons and fragments. Currently I have The Lord of the Rings theme that was the one where Legolas, Aragorn and Gimli were running after Merry and Pippin.The Battle theme is Cinderblox by Sonata Arctica. Slaying the Dreamer By Nightwish plays randomly after I get out of Helgan (I get a confused face every time it starts playing) I think I have Daunte's Inferno by Iced Earth (2011 version) for the taverns. A random Persona 4 song for the before Helgan scene. Eventually I'm going to have the Level up theme from Golden Sun be the level up theme for Skyrim, I had it like that for Oblivion too. I have more but I forge- Boss theme is Crazy Horse by Black Label Society. and the victory theme is the victory theme from Golden Sun. EDIT: I have the menu theme metal cover by Brandon Stradder.

I'm thinking of putting Final Fantasy music in for some reason, I might go through the entirety of the music folder and change it to a song from Final Fantasy I. Plus one or two from FFX.
